Fire Extinguisher Training
Who should attend:
Any person who may be required or have the opportunity to use a fire extinguisher.
Duration:
1.5 hour per session (Maximum class size 15)
Theory session:
Classroom environment, meeting / training room.
Practical session:
Conducted outside (area the size of 5 – 10 parking spaces)

- Chemistry of Fire
- Classes of Fire
- Use of Water Extinguisher on a waste bin fire
- Use of Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguisher on a simulated electrical fire
- Use of Foam Fire Extinguisher on a liquid fire
- Use of a Fire Blanket on a simulated cooking fire
- Use of Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguisher on flammable gas fire
Note:
On successful completion each attendee will receive a participation Certificate (Individually named).
