Key Personnel

Key staff members include Brett De Tracy, Daniel Benseman, Paul Wintle, Peter O’Brien, Murray Leamon & Adrian Baldwin. On road technicians twenty one (21) are fully cognizant of all Australian Standards and regulations.

Brett De Tracy – Operations Manager:

Extensive knowledge of people management, work methods and quality control protocols, Brett’s ability to improve time management and liaise with clients directly greatly enhances the back-up and support offered to our clients.

Daniel Benseman – Manager - Major Accounts & Fire Suppression:

Entered the industry in 2000 as a sixteen (16) year old. Progressed through the company to be a Branch Manager at twenty one (21) years of age and is now responsible for all fire suppression systems and estimating contracts on a statewide level.

Paul Wintle – Electrical Division Manager:

Responsible for planned and reactive maintenance pertaining to electrical equipment. Paul has an extensive knowledge in the fire protection field and specialises in overseeing projects undertaken by Protector Fire Services Pty Ltd from start to finish.

Peter O’Brien – Plumbing Division Manager:

Extensive experience in commercial fire hose reel and hydrant installations. Peter is responsible for scheduling and supervising all plumbing, pump-set and sprinkler system maintenance and repairs.

Murray Leamon – Branch Manager (Albany):

Has in excess of twenty five (25) years experience in the fire protection field and is a key member of the local volunteer fire brigade. Qualified to service & install all portable fire equipment together with breathing apparatus, road rescue , pre-engineered suppression systems and training.

Adrian Baldwin – Branch Manager (Bunbury):

Currently responsible for the southwest, liaison of national contracts, time management and in house training of staff at his Branch. Adrian is a volunteer for the Binningup Fire Brigade and has extensive knowledge of business to business protocols.
