Ryan Dodd – General Manager

Ryan Dodd

Ryan has been involved within the Fire Protection / Emergency Response industries for the past 13 years including time spent in emergency response training and general management. His current role as General Manager has him overseeing all operational divisions including Electrical, Plumbing, Perth Operations, Bunbury Branch, Albany Branch and Training. His key duties include human resource management, financial management of budgets / sales, client relationships and the provision of technical advice across the company. Ryan’s focus is on the integration of all workflow and systems/procedures to ensure prompt response to clients needs whilst maintaining the highest of quality standards through all operations.

Daniel Benseman – Business Development Manager

Daniel Benseman

Daniel has worked in the fire industry for more than 10 years and has progressed through the organisation from a workshop based technician, to Branch Manager and is now responsible for the management of Business Development. Due to the nature of his role, the management of Major accounts also falls nicely within his duties. Daniels speciality is maintaining the highest level of customer service possible and this is achieved mainly by client liaison and extensive knowledge of Australian Standards.

Paul Wintle – Electrical Division Manager

Paul Wintle

Paul has been involved within the electrical industry for the past 20 years as an Electrician and Electrical Technician and holds an Electrical Contractors license (EC6994). Paul specialises in the installation and maintenance of Fire Detection and Emergency Warning Systems such as FIP’s and EWIS. Paul also has extensive knowledge of Exit / Emergency Lighting and all Australian Standards relating to electrical based work.

Wade Hull - Branch Manager Albany

Wade Hull

Wade has extensive experience in the Fire Protection Industry having worked across numerous divisions within Protector Fire Services. Prior to joining the industry Wade gained significant exposure to customer service and negotiation skills through operations support and sales roles. Wades current focus is the day to day management of the Albany branch whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained and quality is not compromised.

Adrian Baldwin - Branch Manager Bunbury

Adrian Baldwin

Adrian’s current responsibilities include the liaison of national contracts, day to day management of the Bunbury branch and ensuring customers needs are responded to promptly and in accordance with Australian Standards. Adrian also has extensive knowledge of the business to business protocols including contract negotiation and OH&S obligations.

Eamon Coughlan – Management Accountant:

Eamon Coughlan

Eamon brings a wealth of financial and management experience to the company gained through working in many countries and within various sectors. Eamon specialises in process improvement, both operationally and financially and has a strong focus on fiscal management of the company.
